TERMS OF SERVICE
1. I will post the finished work on my social media with a watermark for sample work and put it on my portfolio. If you do not permit it, please tell me beforehand.
2. I will not accept commission for NFT art.
3. All commission is basically for personal use. Commercial use will charge more.
Please tell me first if you want it for commercial use.
4. I will not permit you to use any of the sketches (or any incomplete work) for all reasons
if you still do not make full payment.
5. You can change any detail in the sketch process. If the work is already finished, you can only make small changes. (such as eye color, hair color, etc.)
6. Please do not spam me if you want to ask about the work process.
7. Please do not claim that you are an artist.If you commission me, this means you are to comply with all the terms of use.
I have the right to cancel any work if you do not follow the mentioned terms of use.

IMAGE RIGHTS AND PERMISSIONS
1. You can only use it for personal use if you did not pay for commercial use.
2. All work will be in digital files. The files will include both transparent background and coloured background.
3. I will send your work through email.
4. You can post the arts you commissioned me but with credit. (My account name is @Junza__ or put a link to my social media.)
5. You must not use the commission work for NFT art or anything related to NFT.

REFUND POLICY
▶100% refund if I have not started the work
▶75% refund if it’s in the sketch process
▶50% refund if it’s a line art
▶No refund If it’s already in coloring process
Please explain what you want in detail or you cannot get refund
if the work does not come out as what you wanted

NOTE
▶ My English is not good and I will be kind of anxious when communicating with foreigners.
So please use simple words to explain or use references along with the explanation to make it more clear
▶ I normally work 1 commission / 3 days. If there’s any delay, I will notice you first.
▶ I am very responsive via Twitter & Facebook.
But it will take some time as I have to use Google Translate to talk with you!

ข้อตกลงการใช้บริการ1. ทางศิลปินมีสิทธิ์ที่จะโพสต์ผลงานลงบนโซเชียลมีเดียด้วยลายน้ำเพื่อนำไปเป็นตัวอย่างงานและใส่ในPortfolio
หากไม่ต้องการให้นำผลงานนั้นลงกรุณาแจ้งให้เรียบร้อย
2. ศิลปินจะไม่วาดให้ผู้ใช้ NFTหรือผู้ที่สนับสนุน NFT
3. Commission เป็นงานส่วนบุคคล ไม่สามารถใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ได้
หากต้องการงานเชิงพานิชย์จะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม หากต้องการงานเชิงพาณิชย์กรุณาแจ้งด้วย
4. ทางศิลปินไม่อนุญาตให้คุณลูกค้านำภาพ sketch (ผลงานที่ยังไม่เสร็จสมบูรณ์)ไปใช้ทุกกรณี ถ้าหากคุณลูกค้ายังไม่ได้จ่ายเงินเต็มจำนวน
5. คุณลูกค้ามีสิทธิ์ที่จะขอเปลี่ยนแปลงรายละเอียดต่างๆในขั้นตอนการร่างภาพของศิลปินได้
แต่ไม่สามารถขอแก้ไขหลังจากศิลปินทำงานให้เสร็จสิ้นแล้ว ยกเว้นเปลี่ยนโทนสีหรือแก้รายละเอียดเล็กน้อย
(เช่น สีดวงตา สีผม ฯลฯ )
6. คุณลูกค้าสามารถติดต่อสอบถามศิลปินเพื่อขอตรวจสอบความคืบหน้าของงานหรือถามรายละเอียดต่างๆได้ โดยที่ไม่ใช่การสแปม
7. คุณลูกค้าไม่สามารถแอบอ้างผลงานวาดได้การที่ลูกค้าได้มาสั่งคอมมิชชั่นจากศิลปินถือว่าได้อ่านและยอมรับข้อตกลงการใช้บริการแล้ว
และทางศิลปินขอสงวนสิทธิยกเลิกการให้บริการกับลูกค้าที่ไม่ให้ความร่วมมือในการปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลงของเรา

สิทธ์ในการใช้งานภาพ
1. คุณลูกค้าจะสามารถใช้งานส่วนบุคคลได้เท่านั้น ถ้าหากไม่ได้จ่ายงานเป็นเชิงพาณิชย์
2. งานทั้งหมดเป็นไฟล์ Digital โดยจะมีทั้งภาพที่มีสีพื้นหลัง และไฟล์แบบพื้นหลังใส
3. ทางศิลปินจะส่งงานคอมมิชชั่นให้คุณลูกค้าผ่านทางอีเมลล์
4. คุณลูกค้าสามารถลงผลงานที่ศิลปินวาดเสร็จสมบูรณ์ได้ แต่ต้องให้เครดิตศิลปินด้วย
(ชื่อแอคเค้าท์ @Junza__ หรือลิ้งค์โซเชียลมีเดียของเรา)
5. คุณลูกค้าไม่สามารถใช้งานคอมมิชชั่นไปใช้สำหรับNFTได้ และไม่ควรทำเด็ดขาด

นโยบายการคืนเงิน
▶ 100% refund หากยังไม่เริ่มต้นทำงาน
▶ 75% refund ได้หากเราเพิ่งเริ่มงาน sketch แล้ว
▶ 50% refund ได้หากเป็นงานตัดเส้น
▶ No refund จะไม่มีการคืนเงินถ้าหากผลงานนั้นได้เป็นงานลงสีแล้ว
▶ ลูกค้าจะไม่ได้รับเงินคืนถ้าหากไม่พอใจกับผลงานที่ศิลปินวาดเช่นกัน ดังนั้นจึงควรบอกรายละเอียด
และคุยอธิบายกับเราให้ดี

หมายเหตุ
▶ เราไม่เก่งภาษาอังกฤษมากๆและค่อนข้างกลัวเวลาที่ได้คุยกับคนต่างชาติ
กรุณาคุยด้วยภาษาที่เข้าใจง่ายหรือแนบreferenceให้ชัดเจน
▶ ปกติเราทำงานไม่เกิน 3 วันต่อ1คิว ถ้าหากมีเรื่องอะไรที่ทำให้งานช้าจะแจ้งล่วงหน้า
▶ เราตอบข้อความในtwitterและfacebookได้ไวที่สุด
แต่ตอบข้อความช้าเพราะไม่สามารถคุยภาษาอังกฤษได้เต็มที่ (ใช้Translate)
